Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the following countries, with no minimum order value required:

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once cking number by email. Please allow 24–72 houryour order ships, you will receive a tras after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
EU customers: goods imported from outside the EU with a value above €150 may be subject to import duties. VAT is typically due on all imports regardless of value. Your delivery carrier may contact you regarding any applicable fees before delivery.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering if you are concerned about potential customs charges.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at velurairis@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
